"Ngap Kiok Pau"........er........what's that? Direct translation - Duck Leg Pau. Actually, it is duck innards wrapped with the duck's leg. Even though it looks and sounds quite unappetising, it is really yum, yum lah. Erm....not quite the cup of tea for a person who doesn't eat innards of any kind lor. Can't exactly describe the taste here. Have to try it for yourself to know how it tastes like. And......Sze Ngan Chye at Jalan Petaling, Kuala Lumpur sells the best "Ngap Kiok Pau" I've ever tasted. I can easily eat half a dozen of his "Ngap Kiok Pau" in one go. That's how much I like it, heh, heh. Hmmm......I think it would go very well with beer, leh.
